FAQ's

How much notice do you need for an order?

Three working days for standard platters, a minimum of 7 working days for a bespoke order.

 

Do you need a deposit?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit when placing the order and the full balance paid before delivery please.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if the cancellation is received 30 days before the event the deposit will be refunded.  If the cancellation is received less than 30 days before the deposit will not be refunded.

 

Do you deliver and is there a charge?

Yes, the platters will be delivered.  Free delivery is available within the following areas; Monmouth, Chepstow, Usk, Raglan and The Forest of Dean.  A small delivery charge may be applied outside these areas, please contact me with your location.  Collection can be arranged from Keepers Lodge Farm, Llanishen.

 

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

We aim to cater to all dietary requirements.  We would provide an individual grazing box for guests with specific dietary requirements as once people begin to eat the cross-contamination of foods could not be controlled.  We can remove nuts but please be aware that some products list "may contain nuts" on their packaging and nuts will have been stored in our preparation kitchen.  On delivery, a list of allergens will be listed alongside the platter ingredients that you have chosen.

 

Blackberry Event Catering is regularly inspected by the Food Standards Agency and holds a level 5 food hygiene rating.

Blackberry Event Catering has full public liabilty insurance.
